Protection of your privacy is of paramount importance to us. We base it on the following principles:
The application sends data about device ID and your location to the servers while using the application. This data does not allow us to identify you. We store the photographs that you take in the application on Google servers (only if you have logged in using your Google account, joining to the game with other users). These photograps are presented to the other application's users to let them verify if you really found the object in a game.
Data is collected and processed without identifying the person. Since we only have location data and physical device identifiers, identification can be a complex process, even if it is done at your request and with your participation.
Smartphone location data may imply your health, religious beliefs, political opinions or other sensitive information. Regardless of the fact that we do not identify specific individuals, the data sets will never be searched and analysed for data that suggests this type of information.
We share our application with you completely free of charge. It is expensive to keep your application fully up to date, develop it further and adapt it to changing circumstances. For this purpose, we cooperate with Trusted Partners who enable its maintenance.
To display Google advertisements, Google is provided with your location and Google Advertising ID. Google ensures that your Advertising ID is anonymous and that you can reset it at any time.
The legal basis for the collection and further processing of data is your consent which you can give by ticking an option at the bottom of this screen. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition for using the application. If you do not give your consent, advertisements will be displayed more often.
You may withdraw your consent in the settings.
The location data shall be deleted or irreversibly anonymised at the latest within one year of their collection. If the data is used for a specific marketing campaign, its deletion may be postponed until the end of the campaign, but by no more than six months.

You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time. This does not affect the legitimacy of the existing processing. With the withdrawal of your consent, the collection of data from the device will cease.
The right of access, correction, deletion, transfer, etc. may be exercised only after prior and unquestionable identification. For identification, a link between your person and the device ID is required. To do so, we may request certain information and/or documents.
You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority about the collection and processing of data.
